Tenarky District Bylaws

     The Tenarky Bylaws currently in effect were adopted in September, 2006, at a regularly
     scheduled District Meeting. They were then approved, as required, by the Board of
     Directors of the American Rose Society at the 2006 Fall National Convention in Dallas
     and are now on file at the ARS Headquarters in Shreveport.

     These bylaws are in agreement with the American Rose Society Bylaws.

     They may be amended at a regularly scheduled business meeting by a two-thirds vote of
     all members present and voting, provided the amendments shall have been sent to the
     society presidents of the District at least thirty days prior to that meeting. The thirty
     day notification rule may be suspended by consent of all members present.
